  1. elisabeth u look great… I was wondering if u could do a arm wrestling challenge against a man that is at lest a little fit and try your best to beat him but form the 1-4 times with your left & right hand u have to beat him with 1 hand then 5-8 with your left & right hand u have to beat him using 1 hand as he uses 2 hands then after that u have to beat him with 2 fingers with your left & right hand as he uses 1 hand then when u beat him use 2 fingers again but he hast to use 2 hands then when your done arm wrestling u should flex your biceps triceps abs thighs and calves just let as see you fitness progress….. please and thank u….
